No, no no. The claim that Jessie Jackson, the Red Cross and the UN
confirmed that the jewish gunmen survived their capture comes from
journalist Bedein, quoting cabinet secretary Maimon, who said he heard
this in briefing which relied on Israeli intellignece. That's third
hand hearsay I think. We know how unreliable Israeli intelligence was
when Israel decided to launch the war. The cabinet secretary was
probably sent to feed re****ters the tale that the jewish militants
were alive to justify the ongoing military incursion and bombing
attrocities to rescue them.
