You can't control people with Fear

This fact seems to have escaped the neocon mind.  The more you try to
frighten people, the more inured to it they get, and the angrier they
become.  The more you attempt to intimidate people with threats,
violence and control, the angrier they get.  And, the less they care
what happens to them.  Eventually, they become motivated by little
other than a desire for revenge.  At all cost.  Is it any wonder that
Al-Qaeda is successfully recruiting in U.S. prisons, and that the FBI
has no idea what to do about it?

You shall reap as you have sown.
