in a $2.00 per gallon tax. I can hear you rightards popping
a gasket already. Calm down, fellas, wipe the froth off your
mugs. Make it a revenue neutral tax, strictly offsetting our
federal tax rates. You would see a huge plunge in the demand
for oil, especially over the long run. Of course, this will
never happen, it's not politically viable. I'm just sayin',
if you want to get serious about it, you can, but you're too
weak and feeble minded to stand up to the oil sheiks, aren't
