Come now, Svenne.   I don't think it should be hard for you to accept that

al Qa'ida is on a losing streak in Northern Iraq.   What amazes me that it

has taken five years for them to be beaten especially when some of their 
major atrocities were against fellow Sunnis.    Their existence in Iraq
was 
due to the American invasion - this was their op****tunity for revenge for 
their tem****ary defeat in Afghanistan.   The Americans have learned at
long 
last that they needed to ally themselves with the Sunnis to evict al
Qa'ida. 
Personally I think that Osama would rather his efforts were expended in 
Pakistan/Afghanistan where the allies are fighting a war they can never
win.
