Here is what she said in 2006:

paying $2.91 a gallon on average for regular gasoline - 33 cents higher
than
last month, and double the price than when President Bush first came to

Now the national average is over $4.00 per gallon.
Guess she thinks we can no longer afford the Democratic Obstructionist
Congress? ;)
Right now, $2.91 looks pretty good.
