         Indeed.  Having B.sh. visit all the elementary schools in the
country was just one part of Bush's handlers' Plan For A Disorganized
Presidency.  Bush was supposed to stay the h-ll out of DC, cut brush
in Texas, tour the elementary schools of America* and otherwise make
himself scare while they got on with robbing the Treasury.
