SUMMARY OF DISCUSSION:
There was some discussion about reconnecting the newsgroup to the
RFE/RL mailing list. However, there were no comments from the
newsgroups which presumably would have the most interest in the
content of the RFE/RL news digest.
RATIONALE: remove misc.news.east-europe.rferl
The last approved message was in December 1994.
The Newsline is still available via the WWW or by e-mail at
http://www.rferl.org/newsline/
so the newsgroup is an unused redundancy.
