No. ;-) My point is that you are choosing to _bragg_ about the Russian
weapons reliability.

That's reliability of the vehicle (aircraft) not the weapons system.
But it does bring to mind the 'reliability' of the Indian  Mig series
of aircraft.

Well true to some extent. The U.S. arms Israel, and Saudi Arabia (?),
while Russia arms India, Venezuela, Azerbajzhan (?), Syria (?), N.
Korea(?),
Iran(?), and formerly Iraq.
