This line of reasong leads to nowhere. When there is no win-win,
everything is by default just a ploy. The issue is whether the DL can
contribute to the Tibetans' well being and China's rise. So far, he
has proved himself to the world that he cannot persuade his fellow
exiles the TYC from turning violent. Members of the TYC have been with
him for all their lives. Yet he can't win them over to his side. How
can one expect to assert leader****p over Tibet which he had not
sttpped foot for half a century?

Yeah. It is the west's ploy to kill all Chinese people. Everyone knows
it.
