Don't even compare the seriously limited degree of Tibetan autonomy to the
wide Basque autonomy. The Basques have an unlimited ability to appeal to
Strassburg against the abuses of Spanish government. The Basque
Nationalist
Party has right to be in the Basque regional parlament and in fact they
lead the Basque regional government after the fall of Francisco Franco
regime.

It's just like Dalai Lama ran the Tibetan Autonomy government now.

In France, even more radical Batasuna is still technically legal, despite
your "Tibetan terrorists" are real innocent angels in the comparison to
them. The PRC government seems to pretend not to understand what word
"autonomy" really means.
