Chinese civilization does not need the western democracy as an
ideology, and Chinese civilization does not need the western god as a
religious figurehead. That does not mean Chinese civilization has no
understanding about either God or democracy. Far from it, Chinese
civilization has been practicing the most perfect form of divine
revelation and governance. It is called the mandate of heaven.
