Tibetans WERE barbarians to their own people. You have strange logic.
owning slaves, cutting of limbs and gourging eyes are not barbaric.
And the PLA did not invade Tibet. They were welcomed with open arms by
DL with the 17pts agreement. Go do more research then come back.

You can scream all the way to the moon about Tibet being an
independent country. All I can say is we civilised people follow
international law as far as how a country is defined..
