Tibet was a multi-ethnic society.
There were many ethnic groups in Tibet eg Hui, Lhoba, Mongol, Naxi as
well as Hans.
The best do***ented cases of Han people in Tibet was Princess Wen
Cheng and her entourage consisting of maids, cooks, physicians, body
guards, craftsmen and families.
 There were very few Hans in Tibet in 1950 because the Dalai Lama 13
carried ethnic cleansing after 1911. The Panchen Lama re****ted the
cruelty to the central gov at the time, but china was in the middle of
a civil war and nothing could be done.
