Please be calm.  Your anger and rage are creating a hell in your own mind.

You are conflicted and confused.   You can't hurt me, but you are hurting 
yourself a lot more than you realize.

All living beings recognize and appreciate peace, gentleness, loving 
kindness.

All living beings dislike rage and anger and such confusion.

It is YOUR CHOICE alone, where you put your mind, my friend.   Think about

being in a field of beautiful flowers.  Think about a loving parent caring

for a child.   Think about peace and you will be a lot happier.

Will it make you feel just a tiny bit better to know that there are some 
good people in my small town in upstate New York who sent money this day
to 
help the victims of the earthquake?
